Sales Policy

Guarantees:

All animals here leave healthy.

Double F Ranch is not responsible for the health of any animal purchased from us once it leaves our ranch.

Bottle kids will be trained to a bottle/lambar before leaving and UTD on cocccidia prevention and vaccines. *We do NOT heat treat our milk. Our kids are fed raw (unpasteurized) milk*

*We can not guarantee milk production, height, size, or possible scurs*

*Buyer is responsible for all transport costs*

*We reserve the right to retain any kid born on the ranch*

*We reserve the right to refuse sale at anytime for any reason*

*We reserve the right to modify the price on kids once they are born

*All sales are final. We do not accept returns for the health and safety of our animals*

Pickup:

All animals must be picked up within 30 days of deposit unless other arrangements have been made. Full payment is expected if the goat is unable to be picked up within 30 days of the deposit. A daily boarding fee may also be applied if pickup is outside of said date.

Payment:

All kids must be paid in FULL before leaving the farm IF paying electronically. Cash is the only form of payment accepted if paying at the time of pickup.

Deposits:

For deposits on the animal PRIOR to pickup, we accept cash, check, venmo, paypal, zelle or cashapp. We do NOT accept personal checks at the time of pickup. You may pre-pay for your animal or pay CASH ONLY at pickup.

*Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS something happens to your goat while they are in OUR care*

50% deposit required to hold any intact goat until pickup (does or bucks)

$50 deposit required on wethers to be held until pickup

Bio security testing:

Our herd is tested at least once yearly for cae (for animals 6 months of age or older). We randomly test for CL and jone’s as well.

Any new arrivals of the herd come from previously tested herds if they are not tested themselves prior to arrival.

Additional testing:

Additional tests or health certificate costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Disbudding/tattooing:

All kids will be disbudded/tattooed before leaving unless they are too small for a tattoo.

If you wish to keep the goat horned, the goat needs to be paid in full within 7 days of birth. If payment is received past the 7 days the goat will be disbudded. Please read up on horned goats before making the decision!

Wethers:

Reservations on wethers require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be held.
